Common Questions

What's the difference between the plans?
Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 office users and 1 van. Pro ($89) adds billing automation, replying to customers and the rest of the automated alerts, with 3 users and 2 vans. Crew ($199) has unlimited users and vans. Employees, customers and addresses are unlimited on every plan.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan and enter a card — from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.
How many users can I add?
Office users: 2 on Start, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Crew. Techs using the tech app are unlimited on every plan, and so are customers and addresses — you are never billed per user or per customer.
Where does it work?
CarpetBossPro works in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and bills your customers in their own currency. The texts included in every plan cover the US and Canada.
What's the texting pricing?
In the US and Canada, Start includes 500 texts a month, Pro 1,000, and Crew 2,000 — sent and received. A text is 160 characters; a longer one counts as two. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each.
How does auto-routing pricing work?
Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your dispatcher is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.
Are there any contracts or annual commitments?
None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Does this work for my kind of carpet cleaning company?
Yes. Room-by-room and whole-house carpet cleaning, stairs and hallways, upholstery, area rugs, mattresses, tile & grout, move-out cleanings and office carpet maintenance all run the same way — a service, the rooms and square feet, the carpet type and method, a price and a place on the waiting list. Homeowners, landlords, property managers and offices all fit. It works for an owner with one truck-mount van or a company running several.
Can I bill a property manager or office once a month?
Yes. Set each property manager, apartment complex or office up as a Monthly account. Every cleaning at every one of their addresses goes on ONE statement each month, with each line labeled with the address.
How do repeat cleanings work?
Set a minimum number of days between visits on the customer — a yearly or every-six-months whole-house cleaning, or monthly office maintenance. When a home comes due it shows up on the Waiting List and its map pin changes color, so you can book it alongside the other homes due in that part of town.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Bring your customer list over from a spreadsheet or a CSV export from your old software on any plan.
